Jennifer Maguire Isham is a former president of the Tribeca Film Festival. She oversaw integrated programming initiatives between CNN and Time Inc., including projects such as CNN&TIME, the Apollo debates, and CNN&TIME political forums. Dr. Philip D. Zelikow is the White Burkett Miller Professor of History at the University of Virginia. He served as Counselor to the US Department of State from February 2005 to December 2006. As counselor, he was a senior policy advisor on a wide range of issues to the Secretary of State. Before his appointment to the State Department, Zelikow served as the Executive Director of the 9/11 Commission. Formerly a trial and appellate attorney in Houston, Zelikow served as a career foreign service officer overseas and on detail to the NSC staff.

He served in the United States House of Representatives from 1981 to 1993, representing Minnesota. A prominent Republican strategist, Weber was on the Board of the Council on Foreign Relations and on the US Secretary of Energy’s Advisory Board. He served as the Bush-Cheney 2004 Plains States Regional Chairman and became the Policy Chairman for Romney for President Exploratory Committee in 2007.

Strobe Talbott has served as President of the Brookings Institution since 2002. He was previously Director of the Center for the Study of Globalization at Yale University. From 1993-2001 Talbott served as Ambassador-at-Large for the New Independent States of the Former Soviet Union and then as Deputy Secretary of State. He entered government service after twenty-one years as a journalist for Time magazine, where he finished as Time's Editor-at-Large and foreign affairs columnist.
