America Abroad presents a one-hour special “America’s Growing Debt: The Stakes for the U.S. and the World” with former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of the Treasury Robert Rubin, and the Co-Chairs of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform Erskine Bowles and Alan Simpson.
