Lester Crown

Mr. Crown serves as Chairman of The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Lyric Opera of Chicago. He is a Life Member of the Commercial Club of Chicago and a Life Trustee of Northwestern University. Mr. Crown serves on the Board of Governors of the Metropolitan Planning Council, the Advisory Board of RoundTable Healthcare management, and the Executive Board of the Weizmann Institute of Science. He is a Director of the Jerusalem Foundation, the US/Middle East Project, and a member of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University.

Previously, Mr. Crown served as a director of General Dynamics Corporation, Chicago Pacific Corporation, Continental Bank and Trust Company, and TransWorld Airlines, among other corporations.

Mr. Crown holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
