Vin Weber

Vin Weber is managing partner of the Washington, D.C. branch of Clark & Weinstock and Vice-Chair of the National Endowment for Democracy. He served in the United States House of Representatives from 1981 to 1993, representing Minnesota. A prominent Republican strategist, Weber was on the Board of the Council on Foreign Relations and on the US Secretary of Energy’s Advisory Board. He served as the Bush-Cheney 2004 Plains States Regional Chairman and became the Policy Chairman for Romney for President Exploratory Committee in 2007. Weber is chairman of the National Endowment for Democracy, a senior fellow at the Humphrey Institute, and an advisory board member for the Institute for Law and Politics and the University of Minnesota Law School. He graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 1974.
