Tunisia Town Hall on Female Entrepreneurship

AAM partnered with Radio Sabra FM - a community radio station based in the interior governorate of Kairouan – to bring together local women, business leaders and politicians to discuss the progress of female entrepreneurship in the region, and the challenges that still face women trying to start their own businesses.

Panelists included:

  • Mohamed Ali Alhidi: Director of the Tunisian Bank for Solidarity in Kairouan

  • Fawzi Almastiri: Civil Society leader at "Kairawanyoun" organization

  • Lamjed Sabri: Director of Employment for the government of Kairouan

  • Attaher Alissawi: Economist at the Industry Promotion Agency in Kairouan
